We are Ready With a Playbook
Essential Services are synonymous now more than ever with the year 2020. Everyday items and tasks once seen as instinctual, are now scrutinized and strategized. The public demands a constant supply of these services but are at the ready to analyze HOW people involved are acting in their surroundings.
Amidst the chaos and uncertainty, the retail and grocery ‘worlds’ stepped up their game. There was no option of shutting down, only ramping up. Delivery and carry-out service initiatives were made high priorities. An increase in personnel and hours were needed to fulfill new procedures. All of this done with low-inventoried cleaner, gloves and masks.
The impact of COVID-19 and the ongoing economic and public struggles leaves the Country feeling divided and unsure of where we will all end up. Many of us are left wondering, how do we proceed?

In a world secluded from one-another, some have never felt closer. It’s been said that ‘It’s sad that national/world disasters bring people together.’ Regardless of the cause, we dictate and share the effect. It is true we as a society are ready for COVID-19 to be over, but into what type of world are we reentering? That’s up to us.
As a merchandising company, we support grocery stores and retailers all over America. Our people are on the front lines, in stores, enabling essential services to continue during unprecedented times. These front line workers are truly unsung heroes.
Indeed, these are not usual times. On behalf of those working to provide essential services to all of us, we remind everyone to do your part.
To our workers: TNG Retail Services offers our sincere thank you for all you do to make more possible for everyone at this time. Remember, you must do what's best for you and your families. Our team members are not required to work and some are choosing the leave of absence option. Many are choosing to work, because they can and want to support our clients and their family during this crisis. For Covid-19 updates please refer to our webpage by clicking here.
For all of us out there shopping: We need to remember to be kind, practice social distancing and plan trips carefully. For more shopping information, please check out these tips from Supermarket News.
