Find me on:

Exciting! This past September TNG completed its 50th Ripley’s Aquarium live fish delivery.

We picked them up in Summerland Key, FL and took them to the Ripley’s quarantine facility in Cheektowaga, NY where they will remain until all international transfer permits are complete. Ripley’s will shuttle them across to their Toronto aquarium in their small tanks that fit in pickup trucks.

Although, not as exciting as previous transport of sharks and sawfish that have been delivered to various Ripley’s aquariums in Canada and the US, the fact that we do it, is just amazing.

We invested in transportation vehicles with customized holding tanks for the fish and specialized driving training.

When you go and see fish in an aquarium, very few wonder how they got there and what had to go into getting them there alive.
